  17.    author has tested the algorithms and is using them on a daily basis
  18.    in his business, however, human beings did the programming so there
  19.    is room for error.

  22.    charge them anything outside the duplication charges which may not
  23.    exceed $7.50 per disk AND these files are all distributed together.
  24.    This holds true for PC User Groups or other organizations that
  25.    distribute "Shareware" programs.

  28.    organization, then you must register it by sending the requested
  29.    amount plus any applicable taxes to the address above.  In the file
  30.    ORDER.FRM you will find a handy ORDER FORM that can be easily printed
  31.    on your printer.

  40.   These should all be included in a distribution file called L-BRKR60.ZIP

  42.   When you register Loan Broker v6.00 you will receive the Serial Number
  43.   code that will allow you to enter your company information into the
  44.   system.  It will then be printed on all the reports that are produced.
  45.   
  46.   You can register by phone or mail.  For your convenience, we will also 
  47.   assign your codes by modem.  If you need immediate service, call our
  48.   modem number above at 300-2400,N,8,1 and register as a user.  Then, at
  49.   the prompt type "DOORS" and select the Loan Broker Registration Door.

  51.   Follow the simple instructions and have your VISA / MASTERCARD handy.
  52.   You will be assigned a number that will allow your company information
  53.   to be entered into the Setup area of Loan Broker.  Printed materials 
  54.   will also be sent to you within a few days.

  63.                      REGISTRATION AND ORDERING INFORMATION

  67.            Registering Loan Broker allows you to use the product after
  68.            the trial period. Registered Loan Broker users may get mailed
  69.            notification of Loan Broker updates and priority when calling the
  70.            MicroLink BBS.  Most importantly, registered users know they
  71.            are helping to make sure that high quality software like
  72.            Loan Broker continues to be sold in this low cost way.

  74.            Loan Broker registration costs $35 U.S. / $45 Canadian. Checks
  75.            and U.S. money orders are accepted for payment, as well as 
  76.            corporate purchase orders for amounts of $35 U.S. and over.

  78.            An evaluation disk with the current release of Loan Broker is
  79.            available for $10 US / $12 Cnd. This is to be used to try out
  80.            Loan Broker, and does not include registration. The fee covers
  81.            the cost of postage, diskette(s), and handling.

  104.            Any commercial (i.e., business, corporate, government, or other
  105.            institutional) use of Loan Broker must be registered. Volume
  106.            discounts and site licenses are available.
  107.  
  108.            Each Network terminal running Loan Broker is considered as a
  109.            serarate user and should be registered accordingly.

  111.            The order form on the previous page may be used to purchase
  112.            multiple copies of Loan Broker, with discounts as follows:

  114.                        1  -  10 copies     no discount
  115.                       11  -  25 copies    10% discount
  116.                       26  -  50 copies    15% discount
  117.                       51  - 100 copies    22% discount
  118.                      101  - 200 copies    30% discount
  119.                      200+       copies    40% discount

  121.            Purchases of up to 50 copies are bulk purchases and include
  122.            that many copies of Loan Broker on disk, as with single
  123.            registrations.  Purchases of 51 or more copies are site
  124.            licenses.  Premier Business Solutions provides a master copy
  125.            of Loan Broker and the appropriate number of diskette labels. 
  126.            The Licensee is responsible for copying the disks (backups of
  127.            the MASTER do not count towards the total copies in the license).

  129.            The name on the order form is considered the contact and is the
  130.            person with whom all correspondence will take place.

  132.            Note: All prices and discounts are subject to change without
  133.            notice.  Discounts apply only to separate orders, they are not
  134.            cumulative.
